Shipping is free (Ground service) with a minimum order of 250$ (before tax and shipping).
A fixed Ground shipping fee will be added to orders under 250$ (before tax and shipping).
Fedex is the main carrier for our shipments.
Melanie x Boutiques will always do everything possible in order to honour the chosen delivery service and its delays, however we will not be held responsible should the delays exceed that of those indicated.
In Store pick up
In store pick up is also available and free, without any minimum value. If you confirmed this option at checkout, please wait for our email confirmation with the mention: YOUR ORDER IS NOW READY.
We allow 7 days maximum for you to pick up your order. If the order is not picked up after 7 days, we will cancel your order and issue a refund of 75% of the total (25% restocking fees) through the original method of payment used for purchase.
For security reasons, a copy of the order (electronic or paper) will need to be presented for in store pick up.
Something’s not right… No problem, returns are free of charge. To initiate a return, please follow the return procedure indicated on the document included in your shipment or log in to your account. If you did not create an account, please email us directly at [email protected] and we will instruct you on how to proceed.
We will accept returns for the items that you are not satisfied with up to 15 days following the reception of your order. All items on sale are FINAL SALE, no return will be accepted.
If you wish to return the items physically in store, that's fine; the refund will be done automatically through our website. The sales associate will contact our e-commerce team to let them know that the items were returned and that they can initiate the refund process.
Items being returned must be as good as new and in resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, tags attached and placed in their original package. The refund will be issued according to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If a returned item does not comply with resale conditions, a refund will not be issued. The item can be returned to you at your cost or we will donate it to a local charity.
Underwear, socks and all products in the Perfumes, Cosmetics and Clothing care categories cannot be returned.
